Most domestic orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.
Orders with a Post Box address are shipped via Postal Service.
Orders paid by credit card or money orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Orders paid by check are shipped after 5 business days.
Other notes on Shipping:
To estimate when you will receive your order, add 1-2 days normal
availability time of the items in your order to the shipping times listed below.
There is no weekend delivery.
Please be careful to give us your full and correct shipping information. If you give
incorrect or incomplete shipping information which is not obvious to us (eg. missing suite
or apt. number), and the package is shipped, UPS may make the correction and automatically
charge us for that service. If the error in shipping information is the customer’s, that charge
will be added to the customer’s shipping charge.
Note that if you redirect your shipment with UPS after we have shipped it, UPS charges
us for that service. The customer who requests that service will be liable for the additional
charge. If you wish to change the shipping address after we have shipped the package,
please call us for instructions.
