RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Avisca.com items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging
within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Please email us at contact@avisca.com, or phone us at 770.977.2732 for instructions on packing and sending your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly replace it with another of the same item, or issue you a full refund after you
have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDERS
Most items are in inventory and are shipped within 24 hours. However, inventory can change from day to day and in few cases (eg. with some giclee and original prints) items are 'special ordered' and may take longer
to ship. In those cases, Avisca.com will notify you by email or phone of a delay and you will be given a delivery date. We will make every effort to get the item in stock as soon as possible. If, for any reason, we determine
that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item, notify you immediately via email or phone, refund or credit you, and delete the item from our web catalog.
