Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with avisca.com products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a refund (minus shipping and handling).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

 

Inventory Availability and Backorders

Inventory can change from week to week and, in rare cases, a title may not be in stock or may be sold out when we receive your order. If the out of stock item is being restocked, you will be notified by email or postcard of the delay and given a delivery date. Back ordered items usually come into stock within 1 week.If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email or mail, cancel the item from your order, issue you a credit and delete the item from our web site. If you prefer a refund, you may request one.
