How to Place An Order

Ordering from Avisca.com is easy. We accept online orders utilizing our secure server, as well as phone and mail orders.

 

To order online using a credit card, follow the simple steps outlined below, or proceed to checkout where we walk you through the easy step by step process.

 

You may also phone your order in to us at 770.977.2732. Have your order and credit card information handy.

 

To mail your order, you may simply write your order on a blank paper and mail along with your payment. You may also enter the information online, print your order and mail it along with your payment. To generate your order form online: place items in your shopping cart, fill in your shipping information, select from the shipping options available for your address and proceed to Order Confirmation. Print this page and mail along with your check, money order or credit card information. If you are paying by credit card and do not wish to send your information, you may request that we call you for that information.

Steps for Ordering Online

 

This guide lets you know what to expect when you place an order online.

 

  1. Throughout Avisca.com you will find our Search feature. Type in the title or artist that you are looking for and click.

 

  1. If you wish to browse, choose the categories that interest you. Click on title to view the image and get information about the product. The prices listed are the regular prices. Next to each item will be indicated in red whether there is a discount on that item and what the rate of discount is (your discount will be automatically applied at checkout). If you wish to view the image larger, click on the thumbnail of the image.

 

  1. If you wish to see all the works by a particular artist on the web site, choose “Artist Listing” and click on the name of the artist whose work you wish to see.

 

  1. Click the “BUY” button to add an item to your shopping cart.

 

  1. From the shopping cart you can complete your order or continue shopping. At any point you may eliminate an item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to “0” and clicking on “Update Quantity”.

 

  1. When you have finished shopping, click “Checkout”.  Fill in your email address, if you have one. If you have a coupon, fill in the code number. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next step in the checkout process.

 

  1. Fill in your shipping and credit card billing information, then select your shipping method.

 

  1. Your order will be confirmed and your grand total including shipping and any applicable taxes will be shown.

Note: Clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the title of each item will allow you to see and review the picture of the item.

 

  1. Next fill in your credit card information and click “Process Order” to complete your order.

 

  1. It takes a quick moment to get your credit card approval. Once your credit card is approved, you will see an invoice which you may print as a record of your order.

 

  1. If you provided us with an email address, you will receive email confirmation of your order. You will also be informed via email of the shipping date and approximate delivery date of your order.
