Q. Is there a minimum order? A. For your convenience, there is no minimum order. Q. What if I don't see the print I am looking for? A. If you have already used the search feature and could
not find the print you're looking for, don't give up. Avisca.com inventories or
has access to hundreds of titles on the market. Chances are we will be able to
'special order' the title you are looking for. Send us an email or give us a
call to find out. Q. How do I get my discount? A. All prints in the 'Open Edition' category are
discounted 20% and most 'Limited Edition' prints and 'Original' art are
discounted 10%. The prices listed are the regular prices before the discount.
When you order online your discount is automatically applied at checkout. If
you order by mail, you apply the discount. Simply total your order and subtract
the discount (20% of the total of Open Edition prints and 10% of the total of
Limited Edition prints) from your order total, then add any applicable taxes
and shipping charges. If you order by phone, we will apply the discount. Please
note not all Limited Edition prints are discounted. Q. Why is there no discount on certain Limited Edition
Prints? A. Limited Edition prints are available in Limited
quantities. They are often subject to price increases as the available
quantities shrink. In cases where an edition is nearly sold out, we are
generally not able to offer a discount. We do try, however, to keep prices
stable for as long as we are able to. Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order? A. Your order will usually be shipped within 1 week of
receipt. Online orders and phone orders paid by credit card are usually shipped
within two business days of receipt. Mail orders paid by check are shipped
after five business days. Once we receive your order, your order will be
acknowledged by email or postcard and you will be given a ship date. If there
will be any unusual delay due to stocking problems you will be told and given
the option of waiting or obtaining a refund. Delivery time by UPS to most zones is 3 - 5 days. Q. How are the prints shipped? A. Your prints are shipped rolled in a heavy duty shipping
tube. Most prints are shipped in this way as it is a safe and efficient way to
ship art prints. Q. Won't rolling damage my print? A. Rolling will not harm or damage your print if it
properly done. You will never receive an improperly rolled print from
Avisca.com. Once removed from the shipping tube prints will flatten back out in
no time. If you store the print in the tube for a very long period of time no
permanent damage will result but they may require a 'weight' laid on top of
them to flatten them out. Your framer is experienced in handling and flattening
rolled prints. Be very careful when you are re-rollong your prints, after
inspecting them, not to crease or dent them. Creases and dents are not usually
removable. Q. What if my print is damaged when I receive it? A. Prints damaged in shipping will be replaced. Report all
damages within 3 days. Q. Do you sell framed prints or do you do framing? A. Because of the great risk of breakage and the
exhorbitant costs of packaging and shipping framed art, we do not ship framed
art. We offer among the best prices in the industry on unframed prints. We
recommend that you purchase your unframed prints at discount prices from
Avisca.com and take them to a local framer or one of the framing franchises in
a mall near you to select custom framing for them. Q. What credit cards do you accept? A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
